Health Office

Medication (prescription or over-the-counter) taken during the school day must have the appropriate paperwork on file with the Health Office.

Please contact the Health Office if your student:

• Has severe food allergies & needs additional supervision during lunch time
• Had a recent severe injury/illness/ hospitalization
• Has a new medical diagnosis. A school nurse may need to create a Health Plan
